By Air A flight is certainly the best and easiest way to reach Zadar Sailing Region. Croatia Airlines are offering daily flights from Zagreb to Zadar. By Ferry Even though the ferries are limited to the Zadar Sailing Region from other parts of the Dalmatian Coast, but with prior booking, you can find the one.
By Car There are several ways how to reach Zadar. The city is situated 270 km from the Slovenian border so if you travel across Italy and Slovenia you should take Jelšane (Rupa) bodred crossing. If you trabel from Graz / Maribor than the closest border crossing is Gruškovje (Macelj). After you enter Croatia, the fastest way is taking the highway (tool fees apply) A1 and take exit Zadar 1. From this exit you have 15 min easy drive to the city itself.

The church of St. Nicholas
