Angelina Yachtcharter has decided after a successful launch of the newly redesigned website to bring it a step further and rebrand the main Angelina Yacht Charter company logotype. After developing the new website, it was essential to find the proper combination of functionality and attractiveness. So, we decided to refurbish the new design to reflect these two crucial elements successfully.
Together with Design Studio D.Point Creative agency we have created a new brand identity for Angelina Yachtcharter to make the company more visible and recognisable to a broader charter clientele with a new brand strategy, brand identity refresh and updated brand identity guidelines. The design consists of a wordmark logo that reads "Angelina Yachtcharter" in front of the shape of a rising sun across a visible curved line of the sea, with the top half of the sun shifted slightly above the letters. A wordmark variation has been chosen in combination with the image of a pictogram of a sail. The colour palette includes a bright orange, a navy blue, black and white, and transparent variations.
"According to the change typography, we have developed the redesigned logotype based on the previous one by maintaining essential elements in the logotype. Still, at the same time, we are changing the colours and the "first feeling" that the logotype makes. The new logo is designed to be easily recognisable as the Angelina logotype and spontaneously accepted as the new one."
Angelina Yachtcharter has redefined its visual identity and plans to continue its innovations in the yacht charter industry. As one of the results, the Angelina logo has been simplified and modernised.
"The rebranding of our boats, crew uniforms and complete inventory with the new logotype and contrasting colours is an exciting new period for us and will push a positive shift whilst strengthening the more genial layout and visibility among other sailing charter boats."
One of the most exciting developments is launching our new-look website, with new warmer colours and a brand-new redesigned Logotype that combines functionality and beauty to deliver quality content and optimum usability to new and existing clients.
Angelina yacht charter carried the last brand update nearly eight years ago, and we felt it was about time to examine our brand and look at how we could revamp it to take the business forward. Following this, the new design evolves the current brand identity, which has always been very powerful and recognisable.
Still, it reflects the true nature of the level of service we are offering our clients and the company's future direction as the most recognisable Croatia sailing charter.
The new branding is rolling out across multiple platforms, including our website, social media, print brochures, catalogues, crew uniforms and boat inventory like coffee cups and similar, as well as advertising materials, online, and on physical locations of the boat like the sailboat boom and the bow of the yacht.
The new brand identity will help people instantly detect our brand across different channels, digital platforms and physical locations, and it should promote a professional image. It will also distinguish our brand from our competition in Marinas and boat anchorage.
The final design was simple enough to be recognised whether it's placed at the sail boom or the boat bow in different bases and boating marinas where boats dock or at various anchorage bays.
It was a carefully created, easily identifiable modern logo suitable for all uses, giving us the ability to use it consistently across all virtual or physical platforms. Simple enough to be noticed on the home page of our social media channel or the back of a shirt or hoody worn by our crew members.
The old logo had stood the test of time quite well. Still, since the company had the last logo designed, the company had grown into an industry-leading yacht charter company in Croatia. Therefore, new visuals had to be made for a new brand identity that reflected the company's evolution.
